AI Research Scientist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Scientist to join our growing Artificial Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will conduct advanced research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI technologies. This role involves developing innovative AI algorithms, evaluating model performance, publishing research findings, and collaborating with engineering teams to transform research into scalable products.

The successful candidate will contribute to the advancement of AI capabilities by exploring state-of-the-art techniques and applying them to real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Design, develop, and evaluate novel AI algorithms and architectures.
• Build and train deep learning models for various applications.
• Research and improve Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Develop experimental frameworks and benchmark model performance.
• Publish research papers in top AI conferences and journals.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to deploy research solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Present research findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to patents, technical publications, and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure AI systems are developed responsibly, ethically, and securely.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI research or applied machine learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications in leading AI conferences such as the Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS), International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML), or Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL).
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models.
• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment.
