Job Description

We are seeking an innovative AI Robotics Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent robotic systems powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision, and autonomous navigation technologies. The ideal candidate will work on advanced robotics solutions for industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, and warehouse automation.

As an AI Robotics Engineer, you will collaborate with software engineers, robotics engineers, AI researchers, hardware engineers, and product teams to build autonomous robotic systems capable of perception, planning, decision-making, and real-time interaction with dynamic environments. The role requires expertise in robotic software development, AI algorithms, sensor integration, and robotic control systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered robotic systems for real-world applications.
  • Develop autonomous navigation, motion planning, and robotic control algorithms.
  • Build machine learning and deep learning models for robotic perception and decision-making.
  • Integrate computer vision technologies for object detection, recognition, tracking, and scene understanding.
  • Develop software for robotic manipulators, mobile robots, autonomous vehicles, drones, and industrial robots.
  • Integrate sensors including LiDAR, cameras, GPS, IMU, ultrasonic sensors, and depth sensors.
  • Develop localization and mapping solutions using SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping).
  • Optimize robotic systems for accuracy, safety, scalability, and real-time performance.
  • Perform robotic simulation, testing, validation, and debugging using simulation platforms.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers on robot integration and system optimization.
  • Implement AI inference on edge devices and embedded robotic platforms.
  • Develop APIs and communication interfaces between robotic systems and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure robotic systems comply with safety standards and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Create technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging robotics, AI, autonomous systems, and edge computing technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in robotics software development, AI engineering, or autonomous systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
  • Experience developing AI and machine learning models.
  • Hands-on experience with Robot Operating System (ROS/ROS2).
  • Strong understanding of robotics algorithms, motion planning, and control systems.
  • Experience with computer vision and sensor fusion.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and edge computing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, or Autonomous Systems.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning for robotics.
  • Knowledge of autonomous vehicle technologies.
  • Experience with robotic arms and industrial automation.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson, Isaac Sim, and Isaac ROS.
  • Experience with digital twin technologies and robotic simulation.
  • Understanding of edge AI deployment and embedded Linux systems.
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols such as CAN Bus, Modbus, EtherCAT, or OPC UA.
