Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow automation, and decision-making across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, and AI application development.

You will work closely with AI Researchers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to build next-generation AI-powered solutions that automate complex business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents for enterprise applications.
• Build multi-agent systems capable of planning and executing tasks.
• Develop agent memory, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Implement agent-to-agent communication frameworks.

Large Language Model Integration

• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs for agentic workflows.
• Optimize prompts and system instructions for reliable agent behavior.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Evaluate model performance and response quality.

AI Workflow Automation

• Create AI-powered automation solutions for business operations.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Develop intelligent workflow orchestration systems.
• Automate repetitive and data-intensive tasks.

Production Deployment & Monitoring

• Deploy AI agents into production environments.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security.
• Implement observability and evaluation frameworks.
• Continuously improve agent effectiveness through testing and feedback.

Research & Innovation

• Stay current with advancements in Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Evaluate emerging frameworks and technologies.
• Prototype innovative AI solutions.
• Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap planning.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
• Experience building Generative AI or LLM-powered applications.
• Strong understanding of autonomous AI systems and agent architectures.
