AI Trainer

Job Description

DataAnnotation is seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as AI Trainers. In this role, you will help improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems by evaluating AI-generated responses, providing feedback, and creating high-quality training data.

You will collaborate with AI researchers, machine learning engineers, and data teams to ensure AI models produce useful, accurate, and safe outputs. This position is ideal for candidates with strong critical-thinking, writing, research, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
• Compare multiple AI responses and identify the best output.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve model performance.
• Create and annotate training datasets for AI systems.
• Review chatbot conversations and recommend improvements.
• Test AI models across different use cases and scenarios.
• Follow quality assurance guidelines and project requirements.
• Document findings and maintain evaluation records.
• Assist in developing benchmarks and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with AI teams to improve model behavior.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, English, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to assess information critically and objectively.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI model evaluation or data annotation.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Basic Python or SQL skills.
• Experience in content review, research, or quality assurance.
