Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative Applied Data Scientist to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will transform large datasets into actionable insights, develop predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models.
• Build machine learning solutions for business optimization.
• Design and implement data science workflows and pipelines.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
