Job Description
Salesforce is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. This role combines market research, sales strategy, and partnership development to increase revenue and long-term business success.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record in sales or business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, and market research
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Develop growth strategies aligned with company revenue goals
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
